Ok, as many of you know I am not one to start discussions unless it is something that I have to vent or something I really do care about. Well I was sent info on this little songbird. This six year old little girl was on Britain's Got Talent and I tell you that she for sure does have talent. I could listen to her over and over and watch the video's and still find it hard to realize this voice is coming from this child. Please take time to listen to her. Here is a link to her singing on you tube. Enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QUh6CLBZN8

You are very welcome Grandpa Bob. Yes she does have a few videos on there and all are good and worth watching and listening to. I have a feeling this is just the beginning for her and her singing career. Glad you are enjoying it.

It's a shame that with puberty will also come a change in her voice. I would hope hers does not change as far as singiong ability and tone. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I really think her voice will only get better as she gets older. I think it is mostly with the boys that have such a change in their voice during puberty.

OMG, does she not have a BEAUTIFUL voice??? I loved the video where they had her singing with Whitney Houston http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wTU-M665dZI&feature=related I just hope she holds onto that passion for singing. And I hope her parents don't abuse her by pushing her into the limelight. That could be a disaster waiting to happen. I loved the little precious 4 year old on America's Got Talent but I could not root for her to win. I feel both need to be older before going professional. I don't care for Brittany Spears; however, I felt sorry for her as she went through her breakdown. I would NOT want my life under the scrutiny she faces daily. I fully believe that children should be allowed to be children until they are old enough to make their own decisions!!! I will be visiting YouTube again to enjoy her talent!!! Thank You for sharing with us!!!!!!

Yes she does have a beautiful voice. She seems to really enjoy singing but I am like you and I hope she is not pushed into doing it if she don't want to. I thought that one on America's Got Talent was precious also and could sing but way too young for the contest right now, in several years she can come back if she chooses to. So many child singers and stars have had many problems over the years and I think a lot of it has to do with not having a childhood like most children do, such a shame too. I am glad you enjoyed the video and thank you so much for responding.

I would think at her age that she is singing by ear and I hope she does get singing lessons if this is what she wants to do. That is an interesting story about you, your cousin and the piano.

I did go back & listen to ALL the videos there. In listening to more, I began to feel that maybe she is like my cousin used to be. She was blessed with playing piano by ear. If she ever heard it once, she could play it. I had taken lessons for years & her mother was making her take lessons. I was not allowed to play the piano if she was within hearing distance. When all was said & done, she never learned how to read music & could only play what she heard. Within a few years she lost interest in even playing as she didn't want to do the work to learn. This little girl hit the notes & the reflection so precise, I wonder if her talent isn't singing by ear, instead of knowing how to sing. Will her interest wane??? I truly hope not, as with a few lessons, she could be truly AMAZING!!!!!!

I have never heard her before. Thank you so much for posting this here! She is wonderful. I am a singer and I can tell you that little has more control in her voice than most adult singers do. She has a picture perfect vibrato! I just hope they keep her under raps for a while. Being a child star is not anything to aspire to being. She should just stick to an occasional album. Singing on a concert tour or too many tv appearances would be wrong. Children don't need careers. Kids should be kids. Even talented ones. Protect that little girl's innocence. Later in life she can choose how she will use this talent. Not all singers aspire to be singing stars. There are many ways to enjoy her talent later in life.

Day before yesterday was the first I had heard of her also and I am so glad that I did. It is good to hear from you about her singing since you are a singer yourself. I agree with you about needing to be a kid and do kid things and just do this right now as a talent but not way out there with what is called "over kill". Don't want her to get tired of this by the time she is old enough to realize what a gift she does have. Thank you for responding.

I watched some of the You Tube videos and AMAZING!! Absolutely astounding to hear such a sweet little voice that has the power to touch lots of lives. Definitely someone to watch out for and a wonderful role model for todays young children! Hearing her sing Over The Rainbow brought tears to my eyes as well. I'll be sharing this with my children when they come home from school. Thanks so much for bringing this little angel to my attention.

She is a little package of power isn't she? I agree with you about being a role model for other young ones. She was awesome and she even had Simon Cowell at a loss for words for awhile. She can sure give me chill bumps to listen to her. I hope your children enjoy it as all and thank you for responding.

Yes, you know me when it comes to a child singing since one of my own has such a beautiful singing voice also even though she is grown now she has always sang, even before she could talk. I had not heard of this little girl either until the other night. Hope you are doing ok. Thank you for responding and have a good day.

I bet that is Connie Talbot? I love that kid. She's great. Her voice gives me the chills. Too bad she didn't win. She has a second song out though, but not an original. I forgot but it is an old song too. I think it's "I Will Always Love You." :) She's great!

Yes it is Connie and she is a great little singer. I feel someone that young it is best if they don't win something like that but it was good that she was out there so we could all enjoy her great voice. Yes, she does a really good job of singing "I Will Always Love You". Thank you for responding.

OMG that is amazing. I didn't even think it was physically possible for such a crisp sound to come from a six year old. My daughter is six and a pretty good singer but WOW this girl is awesome. I'm sure she will grow up to be in the fabulous life and with pipes like that she definitly deserves it!!! Thank you for posting this, I'm totally flabbergasted, I will have to show my husband tonite when he gets home!!!

She's simply amazing. Such a cute adorable little girl has a voice so big. That awesome. I hope she will grow up and do well in her singing career and becoming one of those divas cause nowadays the wrong upbringing could be a disaster for the kids. we always heard about prodigy thats end up at the wrong side of the bed. Cheers and have a nice day.

Thank you for responding to this discussion. I only hope she does grow up and continues her singing career if that is what she wants in life. It would be wrong to force her to do something she don't want to do but right now she does seem like she really does enjoy what she is doing.

OMG tyc! I am crying so much that I can barely see to type this! I went to the site and after hearing her sing the first song I just couldn't believe what I heard so I kept on going and listened to her sing "Over the Rainbow" and the "I Believe" and then I just couldn't stop crying. I can't believe that such an angel exists! But she does! Not only is she adorable, but her voice is surreal! It is perfect! It is better than someone who has been trained to sing to perfection for years! She is God's angel with a voice that is to compare with none that I have ever heard in my entire life! She is a child with the biggest voice I've ever heard! I just wanted to keep listening, but I had to get back here to you to tell you how I felt when I hear her sing. And I still can't really put it into words! She is a miracle, an angel something so special that words can't describe! I want her music so that I can listen to it over and over again. It so touched me in a way that I can't even put into words. Thank you tyc! I know how you feel and felt when you heard this little miracle sing for the first time! Thank you for sharing this with me. You too are special to me, Opal

I debated since last night on whether or not to start a discussion and let others hear this and today decided that I just had to and I knew there were many on here who could appreciate a good singer. This type of a person are few and far between to have that raw talent. I am so happy that you were moved by her also just like I was. Thank you for responding and thank you for the nice comment to me.
