I love cheese. Although I thaught that cheese was made of cows milk mostly, apparently cheese is made from milk of other mammals as well - like shhe, goats, buffalo, reindeer, camels and Yaks! And it seems that there over 650 varieties of cheese in this world - to name a few - cheddar, camembert, stilton and parmesan. I think from the cheeses I have tasted, which is few (compared to 650 available)my favourite is cheddar and I love to eat cheese either in its original form as well as in pies, pizzas sandwiches etc. What is yours and do you like to it only on pies, sandwiches etc or do you like to eat it on its own?

That is a great discussion with lot of information about one of my favorite food ,the cheese. Strangely I never used to like cheese when I was a kid always thinking that it is too salty as like all the kids was naturally was fond of the sweet things like chocolates very much. Now I got the taste of it and tend to eat half of the cheese I buy for my daughter.

I like cheese too,I'll usually always have at least one or 2 types at home, but I've never ever been tempted to order a cheeseboard after a meal! It just doesn't appeal to Me as an after dinner item...I think to Me,Cheese is better off as an ingredient, rather than the main feature!

I love all types of cheese, some more than others. I would rather eat cheese than candy and often have it as a snack. My favorite breakfast food is either a grilled cheese sandwich or cheese omelet.

I have always loved cheese. If the doctor told me I couldn't eat it anymore I'd probably go insane. I love all kinds of cheese and I use it in all kinds of recipes. Sometimes I'll just grab some to eat on it's own.

I love most cheese, but not those very "ripe" cheeses like Gorgonzola and I absolutely hate goats milk cheese. Makes me want to throw up...

Cheese is something that I absolutely love, but unfortunately, due to health problems I have had to stop eating it. However, every now and again, I do manage to eat a little. Red Leicester is one of my favourites. I don't particularly like these low fat cheeses that I have been told I can eat, but in moderation. I like proper cheese.. :-)

I am also a cheese lover, nilugo, and my favorites are Longhorn Colby and Cheddar. I think they are better for you than the soft processed cheeses. I do like other cheeses in certain dishes such as pizza and macaroni and cheese, however. My mother really liked blue cheese, but it took awhile for my taste to mature enough to really like it. Now I enjoy it in salads. Cheese is an excellent source of calcium and it can also be used as a meat substitute!

I love cheese allthough if i eat too much i will get a headache. One of my favourite meals made with cheese is lasagne. Most people in Barbados where i live just use New Zealand Cheddar but i make it with the Mozorella, Cottage and fresh Parmesan. The beauty about it that it taste better a few days old.

I LOVE cheese!! I like it alone and on everything!! I haven't tried that many different kinds, but my favorite is a tie between cheddar and pepperjack. I have only tried cows cheese though. I never even thought that people made cheese from reindeer and camels. I wonder where you could find it?

I like cheese, I have always loved cheese. I do not like goats chees though or a lot of the continental cheeses, I mainly just like my country's home produced cheese. I think that I like it best melted on toast and on pizza. Unfortunately I cannot eat much cheese these days due to bad digestion!

not really, after boiling the mussels for 3-5 minutes you just put butter, cheese, and if you like, toasted garlic on top then pop the mussels into the oven. my mom likes to arrange them in such a way that there are three mussels on each shell. i think this makes sense. saves space. =]
