On average i go to bed at 7pm and get up at 4am.
I never sleep all the way through but i'm still in bed for 9 hours, maybe that's why my body hurts i'm in bed to long.
What's your average hours of sleeping at night?

i don't sleep during night time since my work in during graveyard shift, the only time i get to sleep during night time is during my days off. regardless of that, i make a point to sleep 8 to 9 hours a day. there's no specific time of when i go to bed but as long as i'm sleepy i would go to bed immediately so as for me not to have difficulty getting my sleep. there's a tendency when i would be sleeping 10 hours striaght & it would be more difficult to get up & i would really be dizzy at work. but the day after that i would only get 4 hours of sleep since it would be hard for me to sleep thereafter. my longest hour of sleeping though is maximin of 17 hours & that is straight without getting up. my back would usually ache buti would need to take my time before getting up. i have this habit alreay every after the last day of my work wherein i would literally waste my one day off due to sleeping.

That's why i think anything more than 8 hours is to much sleep.

exactly. but it's not a good habit. i have always been hard headed about it & my father would usually nag me about it that i have to eat at least in between those sleeps. i find it addicting though. i'm not sure if it's a sickness. coz i know lack of sleep is insomiac, i'm not sure of oversleeping...

Well I think it really all depends. If a friend is coming over then we're not really sure when we will go to bed. A friend of ours works third shift so we try to stay on a comfortable schedule that will benefit him so that he will have someone to hang out with. Sometimes we sleep for seven hours, sometimes more or less depending on when we go to sleep and when we wake up, or how long we wait before our friend gets there.

Hi, there. I saw good morning above here. It is funny at my country right now is time to sleep. You just wake up and I am going to sleep.
I usually have 6-8 hours sleep everyday. That is healthy and make you feel good the next day.

I need to go to bed later, like 9pm.
I just can't stay awake that long.

i go to bed around 10:30 and get up around 7 in the morning to get the family ready for work/school but sometimes i wake up tired and wish i could sleep in and stay in bed, especially on really cold and snowy outside! i wake up with very sore knees in the morning due to severe arthritis as well.

That's a good night sleep if you sleep without interruptions.

Hi! I usually hit the bed at around 11pm and wakes up at5am.So it is just on average of 6 hours sleep. But there are few times that I sleep earlier ,it might be because I did something that was so exhausting.Much as I want to stay longer on bed,I have to prepare the breakfast of my girls before they go to school. It is my wish now to have at least an eight hour sleep hehe
