How many hours do you sleep?

On average i go to bed at 7pm and get up at 4am. I never sleep all the way through but i'm still in bed for 9 hours, maybe that's why my body hurts i'm in bed to long. What's your average hours of sleeping at night?

workhorsepower I sleep a maximum of 5 hours a day and mininum of 3 hours. After 5 hours of sleep my eyes just open and I just cant sleep anymore.

workhorsepower I have tried every anti virus program out their and I definitely recommend the following: CA anti virus and Avira anti virus. If I was to choose one i would go for CA. it is very good. Avira is very low on RAM and works wonders.
