lately, my teeth are very sensitive. i want to buy a toothpaste to ease the pain of the sensitivity. are all toothpastes that say "for sensitive teeth" the same? or is one brand better than the others?

I am not unsure which one is better. But the Crest Night time sensitive teeth works really good on my teeth. And Sensodyne works okay too. You just have to try it and see how it will work.. And the Crest regular sensitive toothpaste brand works well too. The one in the shimmery pink tube. You can also try Arm n Hammer for sensitive teeth..

I've heard that Sensedine is the best. However I think that a generic brand with the same ingredients would be just as good and save you money. Sorry about you problem. I know what it is like to deal with teeth and mouth pain and it isn't fun. Best of luck to you.

Hello,Princess! Not all toothpastes help for sensitive teeth. It is better to consult a dentist for your teeth and he will prescribe a medicated toothpaste which can benefit you.I was using a tooth paste whose name is SESOFORM.It really benefited me.thanx.

Aren't you the one with the tooth pain who has to wait until the last trimester before you can have work done? I'm sorry to say I don't think any of those toothpastes will do anything for you, if that is the case. I heard sensodyne is pretty good. You can give it a try but with your type of toothpain major dental work is the only help. It's not like you get a strange sensation when brushing your teeth or you eat. You experience actual pain.

I use synsodyne and it works well for me. I have tried a few others but I like it the best. Just try them and see which one works for you. One of the newer ones out Crest nightime for sensitive teeth is supposed to be really good but I haven't personally tried it yet. Good Luck

First I would try and figure out why your teeth are so sensitive. Maybe you should check with your dentist to make sure it's not cavities or the onset of gingivitis. As far as the best toothpaste, I've always heard from friends that Sensodyne is the best. Again though, I would let your dentist know about the sensitivity.

hows the little girls doing? sorry i may make typing mistakes my toddler is sleeping on my lap and Im not ready to put her dwn. i would call tgeh dentist and ask him what he redcommends. not necessarily going for a visit just getting their opinion, they will know excatly wha t works. i know all about your bumps, my gums and teeth were horrible during pg. my gums bled all the time due to the extra blook your body had to produce to keep th babies going...i do hope you find a solution though! i know you have to eat all the time to keep the twinnies going strong so it must be a real pain in the but! good luck chickie!
