Do you read all the respnses to your discussion?
I find it hard to read them all. I created quite many discussions before I went to bed I think about 15 of them and when I wake up in the morning I have around 300 responses. I find it impossible for me to read all because I am a slow reader and I have to respond to other discussions as well comment to the responders on my discussion. Could be my next goal. Maybe I leave them for tomorrow. I have not finished all of them and my eyes are already sour.
Do you have such problems? Not enough time and energy to finish reading all the responses of your discussion? Please share your experiences.

I read and respond to each and everyone. I get tired but they took the time to reply and I'll honor their time with a resoponse to them.

Yes, Moon, I agree with you. I think it is a sign of respect or appreciation to the person who took the time to post a comment your discussion. But, with that being said let me very clear in case somebody attacks me for not practicing what I preach! I am absolutely human, and definitely not perfect! I too am behind am responding to some of my discussions but I do read each and every one!
That's just my opinion and happy Mylotting!

Yes I always read every response. However it is not that hard for me because I do not start up that many discussions. I spend most of my time on here responding to other people's discussions as I do not get that much time to myLot, and if you start lots of discussions, you should really make an effort to read what people's views are, otherwise there isn't much point in starting them. Try and start less discussions everyday, just enough so that you have the time to read through the replies - you might find that some replies are very interesting, and it would be a real shame to miss out!

i read it all but cannot comment on all. i always open my email first and there it has all of the responces and comments i get. it would not be fair for us who commented on your discussion if you will not read the piece of mind we just posted. LESSON LEARNED do not start so many discussion for it will be flooded with responses then you can never control it. just a tip from me..... if you have something in mind you want to start but you have already started around three discussions already. right it down then come back to it when you are finished reading the past discussion you started. it is just a tip. goodluck with you and i hope you can read this one har har har cheers

Hi there Summer Love. I do read all the responses even if at times i don't get the time or inspiration to respond to them all. I don't have any problems mainly because i don't get that many responses in the first place and i don't open that many discussions daily - just 1-2 maximum per day, and sometimes none in a day.

I always read all of mine. Then again I would never try to start 15 discussions in one day. I already know that that would make it too hard to keep up wtih others responses and my answers when they are needed. I read them all because I know it is important to rate them for the people to get their better pay, or worse I guess if I have to rate one negative ever. Maybe try to start only one or two discussins in a day then start one or two a day or two later so you can keep up better.

But I received a few hat did not realise hat I was joking. I read most of my responses. i cannot say that i read all since I have started many discussions.

it takes determination to make many discussion. i usually take a list of paper and write down what i want to ask about in new discusiion that helps me.. but it is hard to keep it up, i mean i do read all the responses one by one but it need lots of work as much as starting those discussion.

I never really get many responses to my discussions, but I will always read them even if I don't always reply to them.
I think it's rude if you start discussions and then never reply to them. It would be a total waste of time on the part of the member who had taken the time to respond to your discussion.

Yea I try to read all the responses I get. If the responses are too long then I just give up. Im not that focused to read everything, because there may be too many. Well sadly I dont get that many responses lol. But oh well I'm still looking forward to answers to my questions. Im a slow reading too but some are responses are worth reading.

Since I am just a beginner and just signed up for this site called MyLot, I have been just responding to all those discussions there is. I did created some discussions but I do not have much responds for those discussions. I do have respond to them as I just received a very few responses so, I do not have much trouble reading them. Sometimes, when I respond to those discussions and got replies, I still respond to those replies too. I think I need to create a lot of discussions so that I can get more responses to the discussions I had made. I can see that you are doing your best to read all of your responses but one way is that, you can scan through your responses if you have too many of them, and answer back only if you feel that is important to answer. I think the other would understand that you will not be able to answer all of your responses because its too many of them so, you need not have to take this so serious though.

I appreciate your liberal view. But actually, personally I feel everyone keeps an expectation after writing a few lines -- good or bad. So, no-response for a long time makes people frustrated. So, I commented like that.

If you write so many discussions I think you should read them all to.
Why just write them but not look at every response?

Hi There Summer,
Yes, I do always read every one of the responses I receive because quite frankly, I do not start a discussion I'm not interested in, nor do I post a response that I don't have anything to say in. Personally I think it is extremely rude to start multiple discussions and then leave them blank.
As a responder, when I see that the person does not even get back to respond to some of the people who've took the to respond to their discussions I'm not necessarily motivated to continue responding to the person. Why would I bother to continue to give my opinion, if I'm not even sure that the person is going to take the time to even read it?
Now, with that being said, I am also behind on responding to some of my discussions that I have started. I also do not necessarily respond back to every response I receive. I will comment back to the person if I've something to comment on otherwise I may skip that over. I try to at least post a comment so that people reading my discussions know that I do in fact exist and am reading the discussions that I start.
Perhaps the best advice I could give you is to not start so many discussions. I respond to an average of 10 discussions for every discussion that I start, sometimes more. I like responding to other people's discussions more than I like starting my own discussions, but I do like to know that people are actually taking the time to read those responses that I write.
We're not perfect, and neither am I, I do not respond to every response I receive, but I do read them all, as I said I just find it incredibly rude, if people cannot even read what I take the time to post. I guess you sort of hit a nerve with me personally because I never post a one line comment, such as "yeah me too" and would like the courtesy from others as well.
Unfortunately I can not control the whole world and make people behave exactly the way I want them to! So, just like everything alts in the world, take what you like and leave the rest. Try not to stress about it too much, because there are more important things in life, but at the same time, it's probably better to respond to people if you want them to continue answering to your discussions.
That's just my 2ยข worth and happy Mylotting!

As a myLotter you should read all your responses, it encourage responder . you should write comment to make them known that you have read his/her response. if you cannot keep track on all response , post less discussion.
I always track my discussions and response. It give me joy to say thanks to responder.

I never seem to have enough time to do everything I need to do in a day. It is very difficult for me to respond to all my responses, especially when I am trying to start discussions and respond to others. I have a lot of other things that I do online as well, not to mention all my stay at home mommy duties. I hope that my friends would understand if am unable to respond back, but I let them know that their responses are very much appriciated and that I always try to respond to discussions that my friends have started first. I think that it is the same for a lot of other people on mylot as well.
