Raw or fried onions?

I really like to dice up the onions and add them to the hamburger patty. I few pieces of diced pineapple is great, too!

Eating onion is very good for health I read somewhere about eating raw onions with heavy meals will help in reducing cholesterol level in our body

I always get onions on my hamburger, although I prefer red onions which they never have. If fried onions are available, I'll get them.

hi bamakelly, my dear friend, i love to have hamburgers and i love raw onions more than the fried ones. i like onions both ways bbut raw more.

I like to have raw onions on my burgers more than fried onions. I usually have yellow or white onions in the house but sometimes I have red onions which are my FAVORITE raw onion. Even the kids eat them up on burgers and even ask for them to be put on their burgers. I rarely ever fry my onions for burgers. Usually I will fry onions with mushrooms which I love too.

Well on Sunday my boyfriend and I went to the Salsbary house for Lunch. I ordered there Sals Cheese Nip. The come plain on the bun but with fried onions. I hate fried onions on my burgers or even pork chops. So instead of fried I asked for raw onions. When I go to Mcdonalds or a fast food place I always say no onions. Unless for some reason its a quarter pounded then for some reason I love onions even ask for extra. lol

Hi, I prefer the onions raw, especially on hamburgers. Hmmmmmm now I am getting hungry thinking about this. Onions happens to be my favorite topping on pizza.

I like them either way too but I prefer fried if I am given the choice.

I like both. It all depends on what else I am having on the burger which kind I have. I love onions as long as they are not the really hot tasting ones. I pass on onion completely when that is the only choice.

either cooked of fresh onion i eat it, onions in hamburgers are more likely half cooked. but it do depends on what variety of onion it is, there are some that have an unpleasant taste.

I love onions fried raw ,cooked. I'm a big onion fan just about everything I eat has onions. Unless it's sweet stuff of course.

Hi, I like fried onions better than raw but I like to include fried green peppers and mushrooms with the fried onion. I will also have raw.with pickles

i usually put slices of raw onion on my burger because i don't like to have the extra oil from fried onions. Plus, raw onions have a nice heat when you bit into them and it really adds a lot to the flavor of the burger and when you cook the onion it really takes away that heat.

i would still prefer fried onions like the ring onions.

usually,i go for fried onions but for a change,i like rhe taste of raw onions .dieticians do say,it is good to consume vegetables and fruits raw,they contain more vitamins.

I like onions anyway. I do eat them alot. I cook with them alot but also add them to sandwhich's of all sorts. I like purple onions. I like pearl onions. I like to fry potatoes with onions. I also like the green challets for baked potatoes. I add the green part of the onion to dressings and soups also. Happy my lotting!

Onions are one of God's greatest gifts to anyone who loves food and cooking with all type of onions. I am especially fond of cooking with onions, sauteed onions bring out the best in steaks and pork chops.

I enjoy raw onions, definitely. I put them on all my veggie sandwiches. I do like onion rings as well, however.
