Id is very important for me. i have to use it twice in every day. when i enter into my office i have to use it for punching for entrance and another time i use it for getting out. last month i lost my id card while i travelling by bus. i couldnt attend in my office for next two days. because i had nothing to pucnh. i communicated with our HRD and they gave me a duplicate one. after losing my id one day i found it in my house. my wife told me that a person came abd telling that he found it in the bus. my wife thanked her. i was very much glad. now i have two id cards if i lost one i can use another one. i can use it as supplemantary. did you ever face any problem like that?

You are right. The ID card is so important. If you lose it, it takes time and it's troublesome to get the new one. So most of the time I will leave my ID card at home and I only keep it with me whenever it is necessary. So I haven't lost my ID card before:) I love China

Yean, i lost it one year ago. so i have no choice but to apply for it again. we can't do anything without relevant cards to prove ourselves in modern times.

I have lost my id once to pickpocket. I was shopping in a crowded supermarket when I lost my whole wallet inside my handbag to a pickpocket. It is so troublesome as I have to make a police report before I am able to make a new one. Now our law is quite strict, losing id means you will be fined.

Are you kidding? Just about everyone I know has lost or got stolen their identification cards. Boy, the hoops you have to go through to get them replaced could drive me to drink. If you live in a place other than the place you were born, you will wait weeks if not months just to get the birth certificate.

My purse was stolen one month ago, there are many useful card in it, such as ID card, credit card, bank card, and some cash(not small).I'm very sad at time.I reported the loss of the cards and canceled some. And for some reason, i haven't got the new ID card until now. How pity i'm!

Thankfully I haven't lost my id...I have come close & have torn the house apart practically until I found it again. I'm glad I never lost it because that would mean having to pay for it all over again.

How nice of that person to take time to return your ID. Not all people will waste time doing that. How nice! My son found a wallet containing money and ID's and he took time out to contact the person anyway there phone numbers indicated so there is no reason why he could not do. So the return was made possible and the man was so thankful. It felt good to do something good.

I had to have an ID card at the last place that I worked at. I have lost it and they have given me another one, but they said they would give you the first one for free but the next time they would charge you for it. I have also left my ID card at home but someone just let me in and my boss signed me in for the day. So are you saying they would not let you work because you didn't have your ID with you? That's crazy if they won't let a person work just because of that.

It was a funny too because after a week my lost ID was returned because the one who found it is my brothers' classmate and she called me up at home and told me.
