Do you think using mylot from mobile is ok?

I use my LG arena mobile phone with opera mini when I can't connect to the internet. It is not illegal to use a mobile phone to browse mylot. It doesn't mean you can make very sloppy posts though. :)

This is ok if the person feel comfortable being on mobile. but i think if they have to pay the data charges then that can be more even then the amount you will earn here. if this is not and person is comfortable then there must not be any problem what i think. i have not used by the time mylot from my mobile phone. but i have opened my website www.cybronixsolutions.com from there. i think mylot is a heavy application and it is not easy to handle this on phone. how is your experience.

Hi dear! I only use mylot through PC, I have not tried it through mobile. I think it would be less convenient (due to small screen) to participate in mylot discussions through mobile browsing. I've no idea about safely aspect.

hello fireheart, Of course, it's alright. there's nothing wrong with actually doing it in the mobile phone. a friend of mine here do the same thing for the last 6 months now. just make sure that you follow the rules in mylot. the admin is very strict with rules, no one is safe if you violate the rules. but mylot in mobile phone, that's quite alright.

I think mylotting on mobile is great. I'm usually browse on operamini too and i'm enjoy it very much. On operamini we can minimize our internet's bill. Thanks

I think it's just ok if you will use mylot from your mobile phone, I'm just doing that but the recent problem I had is when i posted one time, my post was posted multiple times for reasons I don't know. So after what happened, I decided to just read discussions and avoid posting, I don't want to get accused of flooding, will just do the posting when I get home. Mylotting on mobile is perfect when your on remote and doesn't have access to any computers like in a vehicle, on a restaurant, or just when waiting for somebody etc.

I also uses both version. Using my mobile on accessing mylot is truly awesome!

I also tried myLot trough mobile with the helps of Opera mini 5 beta - with my nokia N72 (Strangely same as yours..).. Everything looks fine till date. Thnx to Opera mini for introducing java scripts in mobile browsing for the first time ever. Hope you liked the new tabbed browsing feature as well.. Have a great time..

I see no problem with using phone to access MyLot. In fact it is a wonderful thing.It can keep you busy in situations where there is boredom. You can carry your phone any where. But you can only use your PC in certain places.

how do you do that?? I just bought a blackberry with full internet and I was super excited that I could mylot even when I was away or if I was bored or something. and it wont let me leave comments! It keeps saying I need java script and I dont know how to get it. Any suggestions?

I never tried to use mylot on my mobile. I think its hard because you are going to push a discussion and I always look for something more comfortable to type and I find it uncomfortable.

I don't think visiting myLot using mobile phone is great. Perhaps we can visit myLot with our cellphone normally, but it would be less convenient than using it through PC to post discussions and responses. When we try to start new discussions or post responses, our mobile phone may not display pages regularly. Of course, you may meet different situations using ifferent mobile phones. Compared with mobile phones, PC is a better choice for me.

I have not tried surfing from mobile but i think it is much slower. I always surf mylot from my pc.

For myLotting I feel comfort with my pc. Because while using cellphone for myLot, I cannot type fast there and the fonts are too small to see.

It can be, but I won't advise it to those people who are driving. LOL! But if you have a blackberry phone or one of those ones with keyboards, then go right ahead, just make sure you aren't driving or in an area where you must keep your head up at all times. ^^

I certainly think it would be okay to come to mylot on your mobile phone. I haven't tried it on my mobile phone as of yet, and I think the reason for that is that I don't havee operamini on the cell phone, and I don't think I can either. I do have a 3" screen which is bigger than most screens. I am usually at home doing mylot, ut I do hope sometime to be able to access mylot on my mobile, even though I don't or can't have operamini on my LG enVTouch. I still like the phone though even though I can't get operamini on it. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I've never use the mobile version of mylot,but i think it maybe conventient for we can bring it all the time. That will be fascinated.

Hi Fireheart Of course it's OK to use mobile myLot. I haven't seen any where that it's illegal as long as you don't post something that is actually illegal. Good to see that many people use myLot from their mobiles. I am almost always near my laptop, so I don't use my mobile for that purpose. I prefer the regular web cos it's easy on eyes and looks more entertaining. Happy myLotting to all!
