I can't see 11-11-11 to be Lucky

I do not believe in luck. When good things are happening in our lives and things are falling into place perfectly, they are meant to happen and are a result of something, or many things, we did right. We should never miss out on the opportunity to give ourselves credit for everything that is going right in our lives by reaching the conclusion that we were just lucky.

Well I am upset too, interesting thing is also that during time difference 11-11-11 doesn't start at the same time or end at the same time. But now we talk about it, yesterday was a bad day for me too. I am in a lot of pain, am taking a lot of meds again and spend most time in bed and am happy if I can sleep. At this moment I am not able to make plans what to do, I just hope I can go back to bed in 1 hour if my kids are and I will be able not to feel too much pain in my sleep and wake up with less pain as today (after taking the next 12 meds).

I don't know or think too much about it but I did think if this day 11=11=11 will there ever be another one? There was a day last year or the year before or befroe heck I can't remember but is was similar it had all 3 same digits. he he he . Sorry you are having a bad day but it will get better soon.

how can it be a lucky day since it was supposed to be a Roman Calendar based type of number days... and besides.... it falls on the day of FRIDAY... and still Friday is not guarantee to be an unlucky day... for i believe that every mortal is responsible for his own destiny source? Was it supposed to be a lucky day. I think I just got a normal day from the November 11, 2011 frenzy. Nothing special for me except for the beautiful full moon outside. It was also a so, so day with some unlucky moments. During work, a trouble with our batch plant occurred which really concerned a lot of people out there. Some machines broke down and malfunctioned risking the continuation of the operation. That will mean a lot of money lost. Good thing we recovered in a good way, but of course, I'll be doing the trouble report and analysis of why it happened and I should be able to give countermeasures for it. 11/11/11 gave more work for me to do. Another thing is that I played badminton after work. It was very unlucky for me not to even won a single match. Really frustrating indeed. That's why we ended up just drinking on a nearby bar to booze out and take away the stress. And because of that, I got a nice hangover and headache. So to sum it all up, 11/11/11 also gave me an aftershock of headache and bad stomach the for the next day!

I regret to know that you are upset today. It's actually the opposite of what happened to me. Our company released our Christmas bonus ahead of time and I got more than what I expected. I think I'm one lucky person on 11-11-11. I don't think other company had already given their employees their bonuses but our is so generous and prompt. Thanks to my employer a lot.

haha, maybe this day isn't meant for u. Or maybe this date is only meant for dates, anniversaries and marriage. IF we are single, better stay off from it, but then again, look at the number,s it's supposed to favor SINGLES, 11-11-11, alone, alone, alone.. lol Who knows people happy on that date, will only be happy on that day, but after that, they suffer the real consequences of 11-11-11?? lol =D

It is just another day like any other day. The date is just a number we give to days so we can note events and plan with other people other than that the date is meaningless neither lucky or unlucky

many people take this 11-11-11 for their special event (married, born etc). For me, nothing special.., it is like other day, I don't too believe things like that. Maybe because the figure is unique, so many people rush this date.

I am sorry that you are upset. I am not aware that 11-11-11 is supposed to be lucky. First time I hear this, but then I am not a believer in things like that. I will know if it is a lucky day or not when and if my mother gets her visa. We submitted our application today. I am not worried about mine as I have got Visas before - multiple times, so no worries for me. My mother is applying for the first time and well, if 11-11-11 is indeed a lucky day, may be she would get it, and get it early too. If we get our passport back within next week, with the Visa pasted, then I may consider 11-11-11 as lucky or may be just as coincidence. I'm not superstitious.

Me too! 11/11/11 for me is just a simple day and nothing much interesting and worth remembering happened to me today. But still, I give it a try to wish. Who knows! Its just a wish... We are still the one who will draw our own destiny and its up to us how we live our life!

11/11/11 is not special day. it just juast day as others.

I am not superstitious so I did not give any special meaning to this day. Many people chose to get married on 11.11.11 simply because it would be "nice" to have 11.11.11 as your wedding date. People also were encouraged to make wishes or buy lottery tickets as the day was supposed to be lucky. I do not care much for such beliefs so the day was an ordinary day for me.

I believe it was a full moon last night as well so that would make people even more superstitious about something crazy happening. I didnt have a single thing lucky or bad happen yesterday. I think that people just make to much out of things. It was just a day like any other day. Now the people who were all worked up about the day can be laughed at since nothing happened like the world ending etc. My mother said at 11:11 she was going to take a picture of the clock on 11-11-11. I wonder if she did or if she missed it haha.

Hi syoti: I my case I must say I didn't care too much about the 11-11-11. It was just another normal day for me. A beautiful day but nothing weird. I find that it's an interesting number for a date but I can't say anything else apart from the obvious. ALVARO

I don't know who might have said that 11-11-11 is a lucky day. I always thought that sevens were lucky. Not elevens. Oh well. It's just another day as far as I am concerned.

I also can not see the luck in there because the numbers all go down as you write it, they say higher numbers are lucky starting from 6.Also as you draw, it should end pointing up like 8. Well, it is all up to us, if we want to be lucky we should think positively.
