Of course, Everyone experiences stress at time; adult, teens, and even kids. A feeling that's created when we react to particular events. It's the body way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness.

I'm stressed because I still can't find a job. And whenever i think of a job I could possibly enjoy, I begin to worry that I'm not fit for that job so I discard the idea right away. Therefore, still no job.

Yeah, Its hard to find a job with what we desire. I think we need to know the first of your ability and skills you have. Makes list of your ability and your skills at the end you will know yours and you also can make decision that it a job is suit for me and you will enjoy it.

Too much stress leading to depression. I have it. Since I was 16, I was competing with my friends to good grades, conflict happen and no longer friends. And another breakdown from my boyfriend. He hates me for no reason. We broke up and I was under medication since 2002. I am now 31. 15 years have passed and I have no good years throughout the years. With medication it improves a lot, no longer stress out so much but it is still with me everyday, today and tomorrow.

Pressure or depression that are too intense or last too long,, or troubles that are shouldered alone, can cause people to feel stress overload. Medication might be it improves a lot and do not forget may require special attention and care about it.

The new school of my kids again. Last night I found out they are not helping my intelligent son with extra lessons that will stimulate him. Instead they want to ask advice from an organisation who only deals with problematic kids. Deaf kids, blind kids, handicapped kids (in all kind of ways) plus the ones with bad behaviour. If they start/ask help from that organisation they get money so the teachers can follow certain "lessons". My son is one of the most attentive, sweet, helpful and reliable people I, but also our friends know. I find it hard to tell my son that they want to label him like an idiot with bad behaviour, a problematic child. Just because he is not as stupid as the rest of his class (most kids are under the normal level). It seems it's never good enough if it comes to my kids. They are always searching for a reason how to get money, how to put them down and at the same time they tell me they have no self confidence but also they stand for the Unesco principles (respect, be yourself, courage is important).
My daughter became 7 years old at October 1st. Usually kids of this age are in the 3rd class starting to read and write. She was early in the 3rd class (last year), she skipped one class, is in the 5th now and what did they say about her? She is reading on level 6 (6th class) they have to improve her reading more. She is writing very well and neat but they are not able to read what she is writing (????) plus they have to teach her how to hold a pen. Sorry but these kind of remarks I can't take serious. How come the most stupid people are the ones who teach my kids?

Hi friend, yes i do agree that stress is like a sword you have to hold it in the right place or else it will cut you..Everyone in these active day and life face my obstacle and that put pressure on them which we call as stress. I too have been under pressure and stressful situation quiet a long time and do continue that i sometime feel i need some rest. Students face the worst kind of hit with stress i know this because i myself am a student and the deadlines are the worst, there were countless sleepless nights and terror striken times that i have lost the no of times i felt so weak and vunerable.
Even now i have been working on a paper which is very important for my grades and my degree but unforunately i am loosing focus and now i've lost the stamina and cant even type a single line its quiet stressful because all my so-called friends have been minding their own business and have not helped a bit even though they are almost done and mine is a tough topic which requires the best of my ability. I hope a good night sleep will heal me and give me the strength to finish my work

This natural reaction is known as the stress response. working properly, the body's stress response enhances a person's ability to perform well under pressure. But the stress response can also cause problem when it overreacts or fails to turn off and reset itself properly.

Haha. I strongly say that I don't have any stress. The life is pretty wonderful when you know how to manage your time and money. In fact, many peoples I know have a lot of problem with them money or they haven't time to do what they want. Sincerely, I don't have the time which I need but I'm ok with this. The student life seems to be very good for me. At least, for now.

i admit i was stress the whole day. not because i have my On the Job-Training, but because of lots of assignment that they had given me today. many activity i encountered this day but at the end of the day as i go home and listen to music maybe i could overcome my stress today.

Having experience being stressed or let's just say experiencing stress everyday is so unbearable. Many paper works, or requirements being asked by our instructors is stressful. Trying to meet up with the deadline is another way of acquiring stress. Stress is good in other way around because when you are stressed in meeting up deadlines you might as well finish it. We should look at stress in a positive manner and not in a negative way. Stress could be our friend.

I'm stressed by having too many works to do. Such as assignments, laboratory works and other school requirements needed to be done. I feel so tired and being crazy with all that stuff but I encourage myself to do things for me to be successful in the future. All of us must think in a positive ways all the time.

Im stress free today. yehey to that. I just finished the requirement required for this term. however it's just the beginning the beginning to the day. so Im not looking forward to anyone or anything that will cause me stressed and ruin my good day.

it true that everyone experiences stress and the stress we experience depends on the situations that we may encounter. we can not walk away from stress since thing feelings occur and created when we react on a particular event. when we are stress minds lost its concentration.

Today was a very stressful day, yet tolerable so far. Stress yet tolerable in a way that lot of things didn't not go well according to the plan. One of my close friend did not attend her class today which stresses me because she missed a lots of points already putting her on the edge of cliff. My instructor told me that he might be seeing her next semester if she'll keep doing it. I worry about her and I hope she'll heed our advice.

Human relationship made me stressful today. Some of the people ask me to do something for them, and I'm not good in rejecting. It happened today again. Someone asked me a favor, yet, I couldn't reject. The worse thing is that I couldn't even made it. I felt so responsible and guilty about it. When I was having stress on that matter, I heard a bad news. It't kind of long story, and to make it simple, someone stole my part. For example, my course is related to finance. When there is a project, I would want to take a part that is related to finance, since it is more familiar. Someone said she'll be the one to do it, and I couldn't say that I want to do it either. I think I'm not good in resolving conflicts with others. Today is full of stress because of the way I'm dealing with those problems.

you're definitely right that stress could affect everyone an adults, teens or even kids. But the best way is on how to manage on our stress. Things that could stress me is that the my OJT, early deadlines of the project and assignments as well. But I can manage this by being alert and consider this activity as fun and not to cause stress. And I think this things could help me to become more effective and efficient if I have a job someday.

Way back in our cave dwelling ancestors, they had developed "fight or flight" response so that they could survive to the wild world they live in. It developed our strong alertness to danger. We developed our adrenaline and cortisol hormones that is necessary for us to survive any tragic accident. In addition to our "fight or flight" response we inherited to cope in our environment, we also had other modern stressors that makes things more complex. These are just a few information I learned about origins of stress.

Stress is part of our life whether we like it or not. And one that stressed me out is threat. This threat comes in personal, financial, and social. Every day I experienced these threats and to be relieved from it I do what I usually do, I listen to my favorite music while eating or I go out with my friends to walk.

Life requires a lot of things for us to be better or harder if we let it. We experience different things to make us feel stress. Studying gives me a lot of stress; projects, assignments, and reports are only few reasons of my stress. We need to maintain a balance in all the activities that we do to manage stress. Work and play; self and others; activity and inactivity and so on.
