Do you have a pet?

@nanette64 16 cats?! How do you manage? The cleaning must drive you crazy... Are they all adopted?

@ReiraLee It's more of a financial nightmare: food, litter, vet bills, etc. I rescued every one of them. My most recent addition was a Siamese that lived up the road under an abandoned mobile home. I rescued her on 2/27 and she had 4 babies on 3/13. The vacuum cleaner and I are very good friends and I sift 4 litter boxes 5 times a day.

@nanette64 That's really kind of you to foster so many cats. A lot of cats live in the neighbourhood, and instead of rehoming them, we have feeders to go around the neighbourhood to feed them. Kudos to you!

@ReiraLee Yes, it is a little dog and the cats are huge. The dog avoids them mostly. One cat is dominent.

@RussTeed My cat is fat too. He weighs around 6.5kg.

Oh my.. I've seen videos of that. That must be adorable. Do the cats bully the dog?

@ReiraLee the cats stay indoors while the dogs stay outdoors.

@Marty1 Hahahaha Maybe you can have one of Amber's offsprings in the future. =) I just adopted my cats. I had adopted them from the city market.

You have both cats and dogs living together? That's amazing.. how do they manage?

@ReiraLee I live in a ladies' dormitory. Pets are not allowed here.

@rina110383 oh why can't they stay at your place now? The space does not allow the dogs to roam around?

@ReiraLee Yes, i'll have them for adoption it's just had to find a good owner nowadays. Most of them are looking for breed dogs, not local dogs. But there's always hope. I had about 8 local dogs that i was able to find a permanent home and a loving owner.

@ReiraLee I love that name, my first dog was named Ginger. Penny and Ciara will be 7 on November 22. I can't believe how old they are getting, time really flew by.

Not really. I don't have any mice in my house, so my cat is purely my pet and friend. He does enjoy playing with the cockroaches that he has spotted though.

@Dextoi Yes, my cat is an indoor cat so he doesn't venture outside. As for cat poo, he does it in his litter box, so I can just scoop it away and throw it. It's quite easy actually.

@ReiraLee my neighbor always complain about cat poo inside their house. And their cat seems to go out of their house most of the time... Do you keep your cat inside the house?
