The dust, the humid and the heat of the hot day is a torture. With the temperature dancing at 38C, less and more, its really not a good way to die in heat stroke.
Its good its been my practice to take a bath at night especially before going to bed. It'ssss soooo refreshing. It feels so good. It flows away the dirt and stress in my body and mind. It is really a good thing to do.
I know most of us here cannot sleep if they don't bath at night. Actually, its not my habit but because its so hot in my country, I am doing it very often. So, it become my habit and this is a good habit.
How often do you take a bath at night?

@ilocosboy there was a change in the duration of the blackout. it was 8AM to 5PM but the lights were back on at 6PM.

Which means that 6am to 6pm will be tomorrow. Hmm, the NGCP is scheduling 12 hours of blackout in may places now.

I rarely take a bath at night. As I don't like to go to bed with wet hair. As my hair is thick and long and will be wet when I wake up.

@ilocosboy What does "assume one hour before taking a bath mean"? I do not understand.

I have a long hair also, so I assume one hour before taking a bath.

I don't take a bath; however, do take a colder shower. It does get hot here.

@ilocosboy I'm sure. For one reason or another, I just don't really like baths. I prefer showers.

Sometimes it's three baths a day because of scorching heat of the day.

@ilocosboy I can't blame you. I will do the same thing. I had lived in Vigan for a few months before. I know how hot the place is.

this is ideal as I have told other commenters here. My body really reacts to the soaring line of mercury of the day and that we really need two or more splash of the water.

Warm bath at night is soothing. I can sleep fast after taking quick shower.

Being a Dialysis patient requires proper health precautions.. It will make us feel better if we take a bath before sleeping, and the cons is low hemoglobin.

that is true, seems like you are obliged to do it because of hot weather. If you don't do it, you will feel the hell.

I used to all the time when the kids were little. That was my me time but now it's in and out of the shower as fast as possible. I think that it's time for a nice long bubble bath tonight!!

I only have access to a stand up shower at this point but when I was living in an apartment with a bath tub I took advantage of it at every available opportunity.
