~My Husband Is Getting Annoyed~

My phone just stopped working tonight for no apparent reason. I can't make calls, get calls, get texts, or get on the internet. It's acting like my bill is due but it's not for 3 more days! He's talking to the company and they are giving him the run around about it. Big surprise! I have no idea what's wrong with it since it has worked fine all day. They are trying to say it was due yesterday but it's not due for 3 more days. Ugh I don't like this company.

ygh thats awful hope you c an get therm to fix it before you have to make a payment on it I do not have a cell phone yet yet

Our phones will slow down and we can't connect to the internet. Sometimes a text or phone call will not go through. Once we have paid off our phones we are going to try Straight Talk again.

@Elusivebutterfly Yeah I am thinking about going through Straight talk instead of Family Mobile. It's a terrible company.

@LovingMyBabies It' something that you might be able to do. I know that my husband was able to keep the same number when he switched companies. Something you can definitely ask.

@dodo19 It is. It's not working at all, I am having to use a different phone right now. So annoying. I'm going to look into switching companies but I want to keep the number I had which I'm hoping I can do.

Even if it's due yesterday (which I believe you that it wasn't), it's still very rude of them to just cut the service out of the blue.

@sishy7 Yeah I have it on my phone through texts when I paid it last. They thanked me for paying it on the 27th of last month which means the 27th of this month is when it's due! They didn't send me a text this month saying the due date was coming up or anything either like they usually do.

These companies are really getting nasty. I had a run in with Verizon a few years ago I sure won't use them again. Hope you get this figured out and don't have to pay extra or anything. Good business and service seems a thing of the past.

I am with T-Mobile as they are the cheapest, at least for me they are.I have been with them for a long time now, and i won't change, as my family has them too I have unlimited and so does my daughter. I use my smartphone all the time, so I would be lst if it stopped workuing.
