Kandase That is quite a story - that cop must have told it hundreds of times. By the way, l still read the newspapers when l have leisure time. Most of the time though l read the online version.

Instead of Bengay or something similar I used a lidocaine lotion. Seems OK so far. Knee feels better, upper arm..not really sure. I should get some more muscle rub though not really sure I have any or maybe just a small amount....
