I like papaya but I never had the urge to eat the seeds, I could be choking on my own vomit, flopping up through my nose, gasping air and literally die. Hmmm. Ground papaya seed? That’s cute I haven’t seen one. Pretty sure it has tons of health benefits, though.

I always remove the seeds when I eat papaya. I had no idea ground papaya seeds can be made into a drink. What does it taste like?

@yanzalong I eat mostly healthy stuff including lots of fruits so it would be difficult to identify which one does what.

Whenever you have a papaya on hand, you may give it a try. Eat a few seeds to start with.
