Would you tell people if you were leaving the site?

I wouldn't because I know no one would care. I am not one of the popular members here perhaps if I was I would. I have taken months off at a time and no one knew I was gone.

I did that fpr Face Book. I have decided to call it a day there although I have not deleted my account yet. Here I would not.

I would tell people if I was leaving myLot because a couple of people might care. I don't want to disappear without saying anything.

I'd first speak with some of my My Lot friends, to see what they think. It's a tough decision that I've been thinking seriously about doing. Not because I know a lot of people here. Instead, because of my other responsibilities that often get pushed aside, by me.

I guess it kind of depends. I think i would probably just leave quietly. I don't like good byes. But I might but something that says like I might be leaving so if anyone want to still have contact then I would add people I like on social media.

I probably would, because I see how upset we all become when people disappear.

I have always done that whenever I left Mylot and received a good farewell . I think people liked my decision although the said good things and looked sad. However, I left thrice and joined again every time within days with same name.

I would let people know. Not many days in advance, the day I should decide to go, I would post a last discussion to let people know and then disappear. I do not like long farewell.

No, I wouldn't. The longest time I was away from mylot was almost a year I think and I got emails from those who I interacted with a lot and I informed there why I was away. Plus, when someone is missing here, I don't look for them. I wonder in my head but I don't make a discussion about it because I know they have a good reason for not being here and I don't have to make a big deal about it like I don't want to make a big deal of me being gone when that happens.

even if i'm not popular here, yes, i still will and tell them i appreciate them and our interactions. i will add that i don't have fb and let them decide if they'll pm me their email or snail mail address if they want to keep in touch. i would be so touched if one or two did.

It depends on the site, I would let people know if I like the site and the community.

I would say if I was leaving - but only if I am quite positive that I won't be back.

For me I would just slip away

I would write a post before leaving the site. You know, a final post, in which I would explain the reason why I'm leaving and to say thank you and goodbye to my friends on myLot...
