Perfume or body spray... which one do you prefer the most??

Today I got a new perfume , which is of red rose flavour, and it was so nice and I really liked it! Perfume or body spray, I prefer both. The thing is I prefer only mild fragrance,or else I get headache! Once , it gets over I buy a new brand and new flavour perfume . I never use the same perfume/ body spray! The one advantage of perfume , according to me is ,it will not get over that sooner..lol
Perfume or body spray... which one you prefer more? Do you change the brand/ flavour of the perfume or body spray, after it got over?

i have mild-scented perfumes and i was also given a mildly-scented body spray

I am more into body spray or body mist. I like the smell since it is not as strong as the perfume.

i used to prefer body spray. i too get a head ache if i use too much and my breathing issues will no longer even let me use any. sad what i have had to give up

@Teekaaa even before when i was much younger and used some myself, i work with a girl that used so much you could smell it after she left your room or the hall. you knew she had been there. everyone said it was too much

I never thought of this question..I rarely use either..but if I had to pick I would go with perfume.

I seldom use perfumes, only when the occasion calls for it. I mostly go for colognes, body sprays or body mist. I like those that are light, non-sticky and refreshing to the feel.
