the woman in the picture just finished walking her dog. she wants to make sure that her dog's behind will be squeaky clean . being the hygiene creep that she is. she decided to wash the dog's ass with the park's drinking fountain.
i can't believe that she cares about the cleanliness of her dog but she doesn't care about the safety of the people who will drink on that fountain. after seeing this i will never ever drink on public fountains again. i will just bring my tumbler with lid. can you imagine there are 30 people on the park who will drink on that fountain.

she only cares about her dog's well being. That dog may have parasites.

That photo of the lady and her dog explains your discussion in an excellent way. Schools say that dog mess can cause blindness. A dog owner lets their dog fowl and then picks it up in a doggy bag. That bag gets thrown away of course. The lady was polluting where is meant to be an area for people to drink. I think she should get a fine for doing that. Get water from somewhere inside. I have seen a water machine in a bank for example.

can you imagine people are putting their mouths near that. she doesn't care about the harm she can do with her carelessness as long as her dog have a clean behind. dogs are also known to have parasites and those parasites are very harmful.

there are many peoples didn't care the public health and they're selfish.they take care of their own things neatly, but for the public hygiene, they will pollute by any means. Some of them polluted the sanitation are just for fun.I never drink the water of public facility.I even never drink the water of streams or lakes.Because all of these water was polluted by pesticide or anything that i don't know.
I only drink the hot water to brew the tea or the drinking that i bought from the market.

Yeah Many people are very clean when it comes to their house. They always make sure if their house is clean but won't care to pollute their surroundings. They don't care because it is not their house. I use a water filter for the tap of my home.

Eeeew!!!!! That lady must be having alot of crab in her mind. Was she in her senses when she'd done that? Is her dog more important than public's safe health? What nonsense!!!

She is one of those people who values their pet above all. Did she think about all the people who will use that fountain to their mouths.

@Swayamsiddha most likely she is one of those pet owners who let their pets lick their lips.

Yuck! I tend to avoid public fountains for that reason. You don't know what people have done with them or how often they are even cleaned.

@things4gotten Even without the dog, I think the fountains are dirty because they are outside.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I guess that depends on who is in charge of maintaining the place? I am willing to bet for 90% of them the answer is anywhere from not that often to never.
