Have You Ever Had Red Kidney Beans?

India

I am sure most here will at least be aware of these as they are like Most Popular in India and tasty as well. It can be had with Basmati or with Normal Rice and even with Normal Wheat Chapatti or even with Butter Naan which are made of Maida in Tan-door and tastes so awesome. I do like to have them and try to have them at least once a week or at least twice a month. What About You? Have You Ever Had Red Kidney Beans? Please Share. Pic Owned by Yummilyyours.com

I cook them sometimes but you really have to boil them for quite awhile as they have some bad chemical or substance in them. Really easier to buy them already cooked at a store!

You are right and you need to put them in water for around 6-10 hours as well
