Antoinette Ludwig Silent treatment is needed sometimes, but its not healthy if it is done regularly or for too long, I think more than 24 hours silent treatment is too long.

Antoinette Ludwig I am always aware of the calories I consume, but I don't obsess over it. Helps me with weight maintenance to be aware of calories consumed.

Antoinette Ludwig I check my weight every 2 weeks, If I am on a eating plan, I check it once a week for progress. Its not good to check it everyday. I try to exercise at least thrice a week for half an hour & generally eat healthy.
