You must have noticed that I have put it under single quotes. Fallow refers to farmers leaving their fields have done and that word is also used to denote jobs undone. "fallow - Wiktionary (of agricultural land) Ploughed but left unseeded for more than one planting season. (of agricultural land) Left unworked and uncropped for some amount of time. (figuratively) Inactive; undeveloped. a fallow period in one's career] It is quite irritating when you respond and they do not come back (lol)
