What do you do when you are not in the mood to be lively?

I feel better at the moment after having the anxiety attack. I can tell, it will not do me any good. What I did was watching Toy Story and the sequel. I also eat something sweet and a 1/3 glass of cola plus the fan in front of me to cool me down. It's so hot outside, probably one of the reasons why I feel anxious. Then I went to the living room and help my 3-year-old niece get rid of lice and enjoyed the crackling sound when crush. I feel so calm when I do that. Now, I'm back in my room. I feel sleepy while watching Toy Story 2. I cannot sleep yet because the boyfriend will be here in a moment to get the bill, he will be the one to pay my bills today since I'm too lazy to accompany him.

Yeah. The crushing of lice somehow helps me calm my senses.

I started to read novel books lately. It is the best time to kill boredom and do mylotting, too

Usually listen to soft music like spanish guitar no words or anything just sweet lulling music. If I want to get up and go then I listen to Irish music as its very lively.

@JustBhem I bought another two novel books today. I am quite slow at reading them. Early this year, I decided to collect bestseller novel books. I am planning to have my own mini-library in the house.

I see. That's cool. Sometimes I'm too lazy to read books, and I have a lot on pending.

I would not at all enjoy removing lice, but I am glad that this is something that is relaxing for you.

O, I just ignore it . . . Most likely, I am just tired or sleepy. But when my wife is not in the mood when I feel lively, I get mad. .

Oh, if only I can do that. Before when I feel lost, I can just go to the mall and have the boyfriend follow me there. I can eat the food I want or watch people passing by while having an ice cold drink.

When I'm not in the mood to do anything, I just stay in bed and watch Netflix.

Good that you have your little niece to liven you up when you are not feeling lively. I try to be even-tempered so that good and bad times do not dictate my mood - siva

The relaxing lice thing sounds strange to me, but I can imagine why it's having this effect, almost like a bubble wrap . Usually, when I'm in a similar mood, I try to drag myself out of it. I am a very lazy person, that's one of the demons that I always fight. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose

I love that movie! Anyway, glad that you are now feeling better right after suffering from an anxiety attack. I experience the same thing too (most of the time). I am scared of a lot of things. Sometimes, while I am working on something, a panic attack will just hit me. It is hard to control. But I don't want to take any medicines for that because I am already taking a lot of maintenance medicines. So when it happens, I just take a cup of warm lemon water with pure honey and pray.

I run out of honey and I tend to buy on in the center, my co-patient is selling pure and organic honey. Thanks for the idea.
