What are the foods and beverages that are always present in your fridge?

I always make sure that we have egss, meat and vegetables in our fridge. As for dessert, ice cream is always there. Once these items are not around, it’s a sign that it’s time to buy groceries. I avoid storing junks in my fridge as it will become a habit for us to eat them. We, little by little avoid them because they will cause some health issues in the future. What about you? What are the things that you always make sure you have them in your fridge?

Eggs is a must, I see to it that there is always native lemon or " calamansi" since I cannot eat fish or most seafoods without it, I also love it on my tea, ginger or turmeric brew. There is also always honey on the fridge.

Finding real honey is my problem here. A lot of fake ones scatter all over my place.

Our cleaning lady and son laugh at us, because there is only half and half, eggs, butter, cheese, and yogurt in our refrigerator. We eat out a lot, and only buy food when we know we will be cooking.

@Janet357 That's right. I spent my life cooking when the boys were living with us, and now that it's just the two of us, we are free to do what we want. We are FREE!!!!!!

I like to have my English muffin bread, milk and fresh vegetables and fruits. I found a pancake mix from Walmart that's just 1.69 for a 32 oz. box, so I like to have that in my fridge too.

@Janet357 Me too so I try to get fresh veggies I'll use that day or the next day. Packaged spinach has expiration date so I try to get some that's really long away to expire same with milk.
