Ugh, those nasty little creepers... I saw a bunch of them lately . Definitely not one of my favourite creatures, I could live without them perfectly. A few days ago I was returning from a walk with my son and this roach was at the entrance of the building I live in. Pretty big, it's body was more than 1 inch long and he kept moving his antennas. Ugh... nasty! Guess the caretaker and the manager didn't do a good job sanitizing the building. Do you have problems with roaches too?

We faced a lot of roaches problem in Phoenix in the apartment where we stayed. Luckily I have none in my house. I go for a regular herbal pest control and that is quite effective.

I see them every now and then on the streets and also in my building, sometimes even in my apartment. Although rare, these encounters gross me out, I can't stand cockroaches .

I see a cockroach inside very, very occasionally. There are one insect I really don't like.

There's not much to like. No, actually, there's nothing to like about them! They bring all kind of diseases, they are gross and you can't escape them .

Nasty creatures. There is nothing GOOD to say about them. The only time I had trouble with them was when I lived in apartment and filthy neighbors had them and they came to visit.

@kareng couldn't agree more! Let them have it if they want, I'll keep drinking the milk from cows, sheeps and so on.

They are ugly. I've never seen one, and we don't have any in our house. We don't even need a pest control service, thank goodness.

@Kasjnak Well don't go to New York City. Some people there that I know get those nasty roaches, but not my son, thank goodness.

Wow, you are lucky! Hopefully you'll never need a pest control service, but that's not the case here. Well, it's very hard to get rid of them once they appear . I sooooo want to live in another place right now .

Yes, and I hate it. I always have spray with me because if it’s going to rain roaches will fly near you and I don’t like it.

@Kasjnak Yes, and it’s creepy when you know they are coming for you. In my case I can’t stand on my own so all I do is shout and have someone kill that for me.

@JustBhem not good, not good at all. The next two days will be very hot here, the temperatures will get above 100 F, maybe some of the cockroaches will die from the heat .

Yeah, guess so. Romania's climate is getting closer to a tropical one, especially in summer . Anyway, it's a problem that has no definitive solution so far.

It's good you got rid of them! Here they keep appearing, there is no proper control of this pest. Or other pests .

I notice them going out more when the rainy day is coming. I don’t like roaches. I can never let go of the fear.

I'm not scared of them, but I really don't like them and I wish I could get rid of them once and for all. I don't think they bring anything good to this world .

@Janet357 I use nothing . They come from our building's basement and the administrator calls pest control periodically, but some cockroaches still survive.

We don't have that many, over the time I saw only a few in my apartment, but in the basement and on the streets there are many more .

There may be people that like them, but not me . Or rats. Unfortunately, these creatures will always go where humans go, they really love us.

Yes, apparently that's true, they can survive almost anything. Except my shoe when I crush them .
