@nela13 that's not fish, but tempe or tempeh , according to the wikipedia : Tempeh or tempe is a traditional Javanese soy product that is made from fermented soybeans. It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form. A fungus, Rhizopus oligosporus, is used in the fermentation process and is also known as tempeh starter.

@ladyhero it varies. Lately I've been having a roasted peanut butter without jelly sandwich. Sometimes soup or just an apple or veggies.

@noni1959 indeed delicious, a little advice if cooking with coconut milk, don't burn the stove too hot, because it will make the coconut milk broken and uncomfortable to use

I sometims hear about lodeh here, but never tried it. was the sauce good?
