Tania just called me: they all have covid.

Tania went to her house in the south a few days ago. And she calls me every day to say what they are doing. Yesterday Felipe had so much fever that she took him to the hospital. There he was checked for the covid and they told him to come today for results. Later at night, Negyhra started having a very big fever. Tania called me and I advised cold in different parts of her body. Today Tania started to feel unwell and they all went to the hospital. Daniel, her other son, also showed some signs. At the hospital they were checked and they all have covid. They have to be on a quarantine at home until December 11, providing that they don´t get worse. I asked if they had enough to eat and pills such as Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. There´s nothing else to do. She has everything and I told her that should she need some money I´d make a transfer. The all had different types of shots. This should not have ha´´ened.

I am so sorry, I hope it's not a too serious form as they were all vaccinated. Those vaccines were rushed out, I do not believe they really protect us, this is why I go nowhere and I always wear my mask.

@LadyDuck I told Tania about Paracetampl and Ibuprofen and LOTS of water (broths and the like). She was doing that.

I am sorry to hear this. I have said all along that the vaccines cannot keep up with the varients popping up with Covid. I hope they all recover soon.

People are getting Covid even with being fully vaccinated. Different variants are in circulation. The problem is with mass gatherings where unvaccinated people also come. Plus many people are not following proper precautions.

It is a sad incident but at the same time very anxiety provoking for all of us. I guess they stopped following the safety protocols after getting fully vaxxed.

From what I have heard, the vaccine doesn´t keep you from getting it, but you get it in a milder way.
