I'm glad you were able to get the antihistamines at the pharmacy. That's what I have to take, too, when I start itching. Even with the antiallergy shot I get once a month, I still start having allergic reactions to all the pollen in the air here. I start itching and it drives me crazy!

Good that you could go and get your antihistamines. Some allergies won't listen to home remedies. Glad that it has worked
. You will sleep well tonight ![](/Content/images/emotes/lol.gif)

I take antihistamines daily straight for like two weeks then give it a break for the next 2-3 weeks then take again. I have all sorts of allergies so I have my maintenance. But my antihistamines does not make me sleepy. They're the 2nd generation class and they're the non drowsy ones unlike their predecessors, 1st gen class that can make you feel sleepy and has this sedative effect

Antihistamines are helpful, but sometimes instead of making you sleepy they can wind you up. Usually they make me sleepy, though.

Oh yuk, I hope it will help you. I hate to sweat personally...although when I am exercising, I consider it to be good that I am.
