If you do, which ones are your favorites? My favorite is probably the humble peanut, but I like most of them. I guess cashews would be my second favorite, but I also like walnuts. Not crazy about Macadamia nuts or Brazil nuts, or pistachios..almonds I can take or leave. Are you nuts for nuts?

I do like nuts but the doctor told me a few days ago to stop eating them for now. Apparently, they're high in potassium and I'm supposed to lay off high potassium foods for now... No nuts, no 'tators, no dried fruit... so all my favorite foods.

@snowy22315 That's what I said... I'm having to think about what to eat now.
One thing I can have is Cheerios cereal.

My problem is when I start eating them I find it hard to stop. A small quantity is all you are supposed to eat .but I did quit this evening after a handful which was probably roughly the right amount

I eat them as snacks. Sometimes I will eat them as an ingredient in a meal, but not usually in place of one

Some people go nuts over nuts, but l can take them or leave them. Peanuts would be my favorite however - and l love crunchy peanut butter. Next would probably be walnuts mostly because they bring back memories of real family Christmases when l was much younger.

I eat nuts but I'm not nuts for nuts. Peanuts are the most common and cheapest that you can buy them anywhere so its what we mostly eat but not frequently. Almost all kinds of nuts taste good to me but my favorites are Pistachios and Cashews. Its good to snack on instead of unhealthy chips.

@pitsipeahie I think what we need to do is to take a handful or a small measuring cup and use that to eat them rather than having a jar or pouch in our hand. In other words a controlled portion
