41º Celsius, it is hot here

Summer has been here for some time, but we are only now experiencing truly hot days. Today the temperatures rose to 41ºcelcius (108,80 Fº), it's too hot to be outside. Today I couldn't find a place in the shade to park the car, I know that when I leave work it will be very hot.

I hate that! This week looks like it's going to be like that. It's the hot season and we have to get used to it. Is your summer also being very hot? Picture I took at the beach last year.

It is about 100F for now, here . . . 108 - even hotter. It has been this way, but our hotter months tend to be August/September, but it could be different this year. Stay cool all you can

There are places in the US where they are sizzling in the heat. Here, hot is 80-90 F. We usually have the humidity to go with it, making it feel a lot worse.

Oh my goodness! That is way too hot! Do you have one of those windshield visors? I would of called in and not gone to work.

I have but it only helps so that the steering wheel isn't scalding, but the car heats up anyway.

Nice photo. I would be at the pool or ocean. Yesterday I swam at the pool. It was only 99 F, but it felt plenty warm. I think it is going to make it into the 90s again today.

@nela13 Yep but those seasons have reduced to a few days.. During my childhood, I remember I used to enjoy 1 month of spring and autumn..

Yes, it has been hot here and in the high 90's with heat indexes 110 degrees and above. I still like it better than winter!!

@nela13 We used to sleep outside on the verandahs in the summer. We were on a farm. There were mosquitoes so we'd have a sheet over us.
