How would you compare actors and actresses, singers and movies from back in the day to this present time?. In what ways would you say they were better or worse?
Marlon Brando and Clint Eastwood are just two of the many fave old time actors l like watching in movies. There are a few present day ones too but not as many as those from back in the day.
Do you have any favorites?
Picture shows Marlon Brando and Vivien Leigh.

Back in the day, there was a certain classic charm and depth in performances, with actors like Marlon Brando and Clint Eastwood delivering unforgettable roles. The quality of storytelling and the timeless appeal of old movies are hard to beat. Today's entertainment industry offers advanced technology and diverse content, but sometimes lacks the raw authenticity of the past. And also if I may mention, actors of the past were known for their elegance, privacy, and class. In contrast, today's actors - though not all - often come across as vulgar and seem to lack the same sense of decorum and sophistication. I'm a fan of old time actors like Audrey Hepburn and Julie Andrews and some modern ones like Denzel Washington, Liam Neeson, Meryl Streep too.

In some ways, we can't compare.
Yet I believe that yesteryear actors, both male and female seemed to had a lot more time at hand.
Now most actors serm rushed.
May be that makes the yesteryears ones as more attractive.
It cannot form the basis of comparison as well.
Plus I think money factor is also there.
With more monetary needs, actors do more shows than what they should.
That makes them put up rushed performances which is not good for viewing or connecting with audience.

This was one of my all time favorites.
But Marlon was hard to live with, so says his first wife.
Naturally, temperamental to say the least.
Talented none the less.
