for example,what food better avoid ,and what food shall add to the menu. quite boring these days,thank to idleness.I doom to toil seemingly hot hot hot,reach max 35 c lately,rarely happened in the past nothing to tell,wish you have a good day

These days you will find a lot of information on any disease on the internet - just type in Gout. Right off the bat though, back in the day gout was called a rich man's illness because eating rich food - like meats and cakes was said to contribute. These days you don't have to be rich to partake of rich foods.

alas,a bit joke nowadays to ask someone not to have meat,yet it's a helpful information,I did search internet,all sorts of sayings,so I think perhaps quest someone in person maybe do
