I am sure that Massachusetts resident Arthur Fleming did answer a request from the mother of New York resident Kelsey Battease who went to visit relatives at Hampton Beach Massachusetts around late August had the bad luck of losing her wedding ring on the beach to use his metal detector to locate Kelsey's missing wedding ring by having knowledge of where the ring went missing as well as what it looked like out of the kindness of his heart,
Arthur was able to find the missing wedding ring, inform Kelsey the good news via social media.
Arthur wanted to make sure that Kelsey would receive her wedding personally by driving from Massachusetts to New York to return the missing wedding ring to Kelsey who cried tears of joy.
Arthur is happy that he was able to locate a missing wedding ring.

I used live right near Hampton Beach. What a great story.
If its the Hampton Beach I know it is in NH.

@Deepizzaguy Well, I do know the bridge you cross to get to that Hampton Beach starts in Massachusettes. So that could be why.

It could be the one in New Hampshire since one of the news reports mentioned New Hampshire and another source mentioned Massachusetts.

That is really going the second mile, and then the third too, to return the ring like that. I would have just given the ring to the mother, if she lived closer by.

That was really nice of Arthur to find the ring and then to drive all the way to New York.

It's not every day you hear about someone going the extra mile—literally!—to help a stranger. Such a beautiful outcome!

That is true that not everyone would travel from Massachusetts to New York to return a wedding ring.
