My friend Yasmin came round to see me yesterday.

Yesterday I sent a little message to my friend Yasmin on Facebook messenger saying that the pile of papers were nearly reaching to the ceiling! (That was a bit of an exaggeration, but they were getting quite high! ) I didn't even know she'd replied to my message! So, after Home and Away, I went into my bedroom. I was going to film a few little videos to put on YouTube, but before I had chance to, I heard this commotion outside my bedroom door, and my Mum knocked on my door and said I'd got a visitor! It was my friend Yasmin. I came out of my bedroom, and Yasmin was already putting the newspapers into two large bags. After she'd done that she went and fetched a chair out of the dining room to sit on as all the sofas were too cluttered and Yasmin didn't want to take Mum's seat. We had a nice chat. They were talking about their health issues! Then I remembered I'd got a present for Yasmin, which was a keyring with a picture of an elephant on it because it was part of the March of the Elephants merchandise. It even had the words March of the Elephants on it! So I went and fetched that out of my bedroom and gave that to Yasmin. She liked it. I told her I wanted to get her a knitted elephant, but they were all out of stock. I said, Do you watch Strictly? She said she didn't, not usually, but she did the other year when Eddie the Eagle Edwards was on because he's a personal friend of hers! And I said, You know that opera singer, who does that annoying TV advert, and she said, The Go Compare man? and I said, Yeah, that's the one! And I said, He's doing Strictly! She said, He's doing Strictly? and I said, Yeah! And Mum told her about the blind comedian who's doing it too! I said, I haven't shown you my ladybird painting I did yet, have I? I said I'd send her a picture of it on Facebook messenger. Yasmin was about to go home, and I said, I wish I hadn't chosen a white blouse, because I keep getting stuff down it when I'm cooking. And I said I'd got it because a button had come off my other blouse. And Yasmin said she could sow it back on for me now if I liked. And I said, Really? and she said, Yeah. So I said thank you very much, and I went and fetched my blouse and the button and she sowed it on for me! When she was going, I carried one of the bags of newspapers to the car for her and waved her off. I went back into my bedroom and sent Yasmin a picture of the ladybird that I'd painted, and also the picture of Wynne Evans doing Strictly. This afternoon I'm going to the big Tesco again. I don't think Mum's coming with me again today though because she wants to save all her energy for going to the house group tonight. Have you got any plans for today? I hope you are all well.
