A lot of you are coffee or tea drinkers, and maybe some of you are both. How many of you just take your coffee black and your tea plain? Or, do you load these beverages down with a lot of add ins? I’m neither a coffee nor tea drinker.

I have almost an infinite number of flavored teas (drinking apple caramel as we speak), so the only thing I add is sweetener (Splenda).

@AmbiePam — it’s not as good as it sounds, even though it is good.

When it comes to coffee it's black for me (no milk or sugar) but tea I like a little milk and sugar.

@AmbiePam just a little milk or creamer, whatever I have on hand. I don't put anything in tea though usually.Although milk is good in tea as well.

I can drink coffee black . . . but if I'm at home, I'll put in a splash of almond milk. Tea - I have it plain. But if I'm sick, I might add a touch of lemon and honey.

I love honey in tea. Those honey sticks are especially good for it.

@fivecandles And local honey also helps people build up a tolerance to allergies too.

@AmbiePam my local bee supply store carries local raw honey. They have the sticks and I usually leave some in my car for an unexpected glucose crash. Its so good!

I'm a coffee lover myself. I like a light dash of milk (never cream) and a light sprinkle of splenda. I'd like to give up the splenda, but I just cannot get to that stage, it is a bit of a pain just for the few flakes of it that I take. A coffee with milk only would be so much easier to order.

We were once upon a time tea drunkards. Now I am happy with just one mug and I like it with milk and sugar

It's interesting how everyone has their own preferences when it comes to coffee and tea! Some enjoy them black or plain, savoring the pure taste, while others can't resist adding cream, sugar, or flavors. I love tea to the core..

I drink cold tea all the time.Sweet tea, or like pre bottled stuff like Peach tea etc. Or you know Twisted Tea. They say its got real tea in it so I'm going to count it. But I;m not a coffee or tea drinker really.

Tea I usually just add some local raw honey, sometimes a little milk depending on what kind of tea. Coffee I like loads of creamer and some sugar, unless its a flavored creamer and then I can usually skip the sugar.

Coffee is my drink of choice. It must be hot and black. Nothing better! Tea--I like it sometimes in the evenings or when I don't feel well. If I have hot tea, sometimes I sweeten it with a bit of honey.

I used to drink soda a lot, but I gave that up because it’s unhealthy. I now drink water with add ins drops of flavor, and a drink called Clearly Canadian, which is sparkling water.

@AmbiePam Oh I see. Yes soda is really unhealthy. If you have it once in a while, its fine though.

I drink coffee both hot and iced, and tea both hot and iced. All versions have to be sweetened. - Coffee must have cream/milk. - Tea can have cream/milk if hot but not a must, no cream/milk for iced.

I have instant coffee with milk and sugar. I like weak black tea mainly but if it's too strong I put sugar in it.

I enjoy my tea plain without adding anything. It enhances its benefits more without sugar or additives, I believe. Hehehe
