Parmesan Sausage.

I went bread hoarding yesterday if there is such a word. Me and my daughter simply love bread though I need to lessen my intake of that but that's for another story. This is one of my daughter's favorite, it's a chicken sausage inside a bread with parmesan sprinkled on top of the bread. I have to stop now. I don't want to eat in the middle of the night.

Yes; eat at a fixed time. That bread is perhaps not for me as I'm a vegetarian.

After you decide that the yeast bread you make is good, you can start experimenting with adding things to the rolls you make. I used to cut chunks of cheese and bake them in the middle of the rolls. (Those turned out really good but needed to be eaten while warm or the cheese would become a hard block in the roll. But you could re-heat them in the microwave and they'd be good again. ) I never thought to try cooking some kind of meat in the rolls I made. I'm not supposed to eat very much bread, either. It spikes my blood sugar. I still do eat some, though.

@rakski My sugar readings are still pre-diabetic but I'd really rather not get diabetes. Hmm... purple yam with cheese inside? I've never heard of that.

I tried making ube cheese pandesal, its like rolls but flavored purple yam with cheese inside. It turned out good but as I said, it hurt my wrist. I might try making some bread hopefully soon. Oh yes, I am trying to shy away from bread and other carbs too.

I know it, it's Breadtalk as soon as I read the title. I just saw that bread last week when I shop around (windown shopping), no checking out. Haha. I like their floss.

@rakski I like the ordinary ones not the spicy. There's another bread shop that I go to. Clyde's is the name.

@jobelbojel Oh yeah but I do not like most of their breads. Bread talk tastes much better. There is always something missing in each bread.

I love the variety of bread at BreadTalk. I used to buy the original floss, but bakeries and patisseries where I live now don't sell that kind of bread. What's famous here in Korea is croissant. I also shun away from eating bread these days because I have elevated glucose levels. But luckily, I am not diabetic.
