The easiest way to eat an egg is to simply boil it. I have one every day I have read about the benefit of eating a boiled egg late evening as it induces good sleep. I think it helps as I always sleep well. Egg is packed with proteins and vitamins.. It is said partially boiled egg is more nutritious but one must like to eat it that way Even a raw egg beatn in hot milk is good for those who have chest cold We have no shortage of eggs where we live. I love eggs but haven’t had them boiled in a while, been having too much fun with other dishes but I used to have one boiled daily, even if in the morning. Yes, they’re indeed very nutritious.

@allknowing It’s reasonable if it’s become part of your bedtime routine, it can be hard to fall asleep when something is missing.

Eggs are always good, but of course, I have them in the house less often until the price comes down. 99% of the time I have them scrambled. Next to that omelets are my favorite and fried. But a hard boiled egg is quite good too, especially deviled.

I eat it often—about 3 to 4 times a week, usually for breakfast. I prefer it soft-boiled, with the yolk not too runny but not fully set either.

I like it that way for breakfast but if I have it for breakfast I skip the boiled egg.

I only eat eggs occasionally and never at night. As I am always trying to lose weight I tend to not eat after dinner. Of course chocolate doesn’t count.

I have them boiled or make an omelette - in hot water. I don't eat fried foods. Yes they say an egg is the perfect protein.
