It is rented. The house is located in the heart of city of Bangalore, having a proximity to markets, bus station, railway station, super bazars, vegetable markets, school, office etc. For 2 bed room house, I am paying $250 per month.

I rent. There is no way, being a single women, I would want to have the responsibility of owning a home and taking care of everything that could go wrong.

A mortgage. It doesn't make sense to me to throw money away on rent when you can be building up equity in your own home.

I am renting but I hope that it won't be forever. I'm really kicking myself for not buying a house before the property boom. Now buying a house is out of reach for many people as the prices are so high.
