December 24th is my birthday. I cant believe I am 31. Looking back at my life and my accomplishes I realised that I have done alot in my life. I graduated High School, took an alternative class, Got married and had 4 kids. I have to admit I am very happy with my life and the way I have been living it so far.
Are you happy with your life choices so far, or would you make changes if given the chance?

As a kid if someone bought me 3 things for christmas I would get 3 things for my birthday. Now that I am older I just get 1 thing for my b/day and 1 things for christmas, and I ok with that because I prefer people to spend money on my kids than on me. This year my mother and my son took me to a Japinese restaurant where they do the cooking on a grill right in front of you. It was a total BLAST. I cant wait to have the money to take my husband. It is expensive tho cause just for my mother, my son and me it cost her almost $80 but it is totally worthit vause your plaate is over loaded and you get a bit of entertainment. I loved it.

This is certainly true of Christmas birthdays. My sister's birthday was yesterday and my best friend's is on New Year's Eve, so neither of them get much attention. Everyone lumps their Christmas and birthday gifts together because we all get a little strapped for cash at this time of the year. Still, I think it's pretty great to have a birthday so close to Christmas. How about you, Magikrose?

Happy birthday to you! I turned 32 a few months ago, and sometimes it's weird to me that I'm already in my 30's. But I've got two kiddos, I'm married, have a house, managed to get through college.. I have done some of the most important things I will ever do in my life, and who knows what is to come. Hopefully bigger and better things! (Which will be enjoyed by both myself and my family!)

I am happy with my life now but there are many things I would have done a little different. I was only 17 when I had my first child and I did not go to college straight from high school. I would have gone to college as soon as I graduated from high school if I had known then what I know now. I still have not completed my degree but only have 5 classes left to get it. That is on hold now because of money. But I am working a job that I love and I have three healthy kids that I would not trade for anything in the world. Life is good!

A very happy birthday to you! You are young yet. I am glad you are happy with your life. It is a marvellous adventure during which many of us make decisions which can radically change what seems to be our direction at the time. In truth, where we are now is just a result of our decisions and our actions, good and bad. We may have regrets and sometimes we can learn by them and build something better because of them.
I can't say that I'm happy with all my life choices. With hindsight, there are some choices that I would not have made but, when it comes down to it, we have to build from where we are, not from where we might have been!
Just think, in another 31 years you will still be young (62 may seem old to you now but, believe me, you will feel as young as you do today!) I'm 66 and still feel barely half that age in my mind!

Age does become relative as you grow older, though you probably can't see that from age 31. More important than chronological age is how you live your life. There are many people who appear old but have very young souls and bring so much joy and curiousity to life that to judge them by a chronological year would be a mistake.
Owlwings is wise! Make what you can from your life, build something better, and enjoy the ride. Age is just a number, it's your attitude that counts.

Belated happy birthday!
I will be 23 next year... I have done a lot but I don't believe it's enough... I was athlete back in high school and college, I won numerous medals and enjoyed my teen years. I graduated high school, got into college (not yet graduated though), I'm planning to finish college next school year, so wish me luck! Had a son with my boyfriend and got married after our son is born, marriage is tough but it's better than playing around with boys. Sometimes I get sad that I married so early but a single smile for our son's lips wipes away all the sorrow. All the things that I want to do int the future, I won't have to face along, I have my husband and son with me.

A very happy birth day to you. I am happy with my life .looking back I can see many happy and sad moments but on the whole life had been satisfactory. Infact i should say that the past 14 years have been the most beneficial part of my life It has been educative, enlightening and paying nicely. I know a whole lot of people envy my position as i earn without moving from home.

Firstly Happy Birthday. Its also my mom's birthday today. Well you have come far compared to say 10 years ago from the sounds of it. I am happy too that I got married, settled down and had kids but I wish I was more successful as far as business goes. But... there is still time I guess.
