Ice Cream!!!!

Yeah I do love eating ice cream. I like ube flavor and rocky road. The cost of ice cream nowadays get too expensive so when I get the urge to eat ice cream I'll just have Ice Buko LOL. I also make my own ice cream as it is much cheaper.

i love dairy queen's pecan cluster. I found a recipe as an alternative to blizzard pecan cluster its called pecan butter ice cream Ingredients: 1/2 pint (500ml) single/light cream, 1/2 pint (500ml) heavy/double cream, 2oz (100g) brown sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/4 cup of pecan nuts (chopped), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (or according to taste) Place the single cream, sugar and butter into a saucepan and mix together over a low heat. Stir until the mixture starts to bubble around the edges. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow to cool. When the mixture is cold transfer it to an ice cream maker and stir in the double cream and vanilla extract. Freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions but remember to add the pecan nuts as the ice cream starts to harden.

It's really good eating ice cream on whatever flavor/kind would do for me. Even if i have colds, i cant stop having it on. Oftentimes at any season i dont mind lickin on it. But it is more likely to have and feel great on summer days!

yes! i do love eating ice cream. my favorite would be chocolate or mocha. i'm more of a chocoholic. i also love vanilla flavored ice cream as long as it has chocolate chips or chocolate syrup on top. your discussion is really making me hungry..hehe.

My favourite is Raspberry Amaretto Ice Cream here is the recipe for you Raspberry Amaretto Ice Cream Brownie PieThis dessert uses packaged brownie bars for its crust, with an ice cream filling of raspberry jam, amaretto & nuts, topped with grated chocolate. Ingredients: • 1 (13 oz) box fudge brownie snack bars (like Little Debbie), chopped • 1 (12 oz) jar seedless raspberry preserves • 1/3 cup amaretto liqueur • 1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts • 1/2 cup grated dark chocolate • Garnish: fresh raspberries Method: Spread brownies in bottom of a 9- or 10" springform pan, pressing into a single layer; freeze at least 15 minutes. Mix preserves with amaretto; reserve 1/2 cup of mixture, cover and chill for topping. Stir the rest of the mixture and walnuts into the ice cream. Spread over brownie crust. Cover and freeze at least 3-4 hours. When ready to serve, drizzle with remaining raspberry-amaretto mixture, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into wedges. Garnish with fresh raspberries. Notes: This uses all prepared ingredients to make a spectacular dessert. Number of servings: 10
