I can't think of an interesting discussion today so I thought I would share with you some nice reminders in life:
Happiness comes through doors you didn't even know you left open.
You may be only one person in the world, but you may also be the world to one person.
Birthdays are good for you; the more you have, the longer you live.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter.
Life is a journey, not a guided tour.
When you lose, do not lose the lesson.
To handle yourself, use your head. To handle others, use your heart.

Tis ok if you don't have discussions. You can go around answering others discussions. Along the way you may think of something you can share. Actually happiness comes from within and you only need to access it and let it out. Hoping you have an absolutely wonderful day and hope to see you around at some discussions!!

ya this is easy and any one can do it as much as easy than any thing. i also agreed this in full joy and enthusiasm. And i say to all is just enjoy as well as earn simultaneously in simple and smart way

The young man entered the Ice Cream Palace and asked, "What kinds of ice cream do you have?"
"Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry," the girl wheezed as she spoke, patted her chest and seemed unable to continue.
"Do you have laryngitis?" the young man asked sympathetically.
"Nope," she whispered, "just vanilla, chocolate and strawberry."

Thanks for the nice reminders in life. I liked the $20 dollar one the best. I never thought of it that way. Usually when I give money I don't expect it back. And the last line about using your head to handle yourself and your heart to handle others is so true. Thanks again for sharing.

I like these stuff by the way, they hit my mind to be reminded. Highly appreciates you having an effort to have it here. Hence, my adopted collections:

Great sayings, and always worth repeating. I remember inane things like,
Having children is hereditary. Chances are if your parents didn't have any, then you won't either.
...or, how about this.
The two car space I'm supposed to be, behind the car ahead, I usually find is occupied by two more cars instead.

It's all too easy to foget these 'simple' rules of life isn't it .. we rsuh around at a hundred miles an hour no time to stop and think .. no time to consider what to do before you do it ..
I'd like to add one more little 'life' pointer .. and I use this often myself when I am feeling particularly ill or fed up with being ill all the time ..
"No matter how bad you may feel, and how hopeless your illness/injury/disability may seem .. take heart as there is always someone else who is much worse than you are feeling right now"

Thank you emilie for these nice sayings,I find them to be true..The one about lending the 20.00 is really true for me..I have lent money and if I don't get it back then thats ok,because the person you lent it to will never ask again if he/she did not pay you back..and thats worth it to me...
