I need a head count out of the 81,000 people who are on mylot, of who are either just vegitarians or vegan vegitarian. Pass this around to everyone that you know and send me a message to let me know who you are. There is something so exciting out there now to jazz up our food, it's crazy.......It is also great for diabetics.....so if you know anyone who is diabetic too come on, let's get it together.....

Hi, I'm not a Vegan but I do follow a Vegetarian diet and have done for over 20 years now. Although it started over ethics now it's because I just don't like the taste of meat anymore.

I am a vegan, however the rest of my family is not. However my children as well my my BF do enjoy most of the foods that i prepare for myself.
