i just read this online. Exclusive! 7th Heaven Canceled By Kristin Veitch March 30, 2007 at 11:37 pm Folks, I just heard that after an astonishing 11 seasons, the Camdens are leaving us 7th Heaven has been canceled by the CW. No official comment yet, but I'm told that the producers, cast and crew were informed by the network today. It's a done deal. It was 7th Heaven that first introduced us to stars like Jessica Biel and What About Brian's Barry Watson, and THE family-friendly show was by far the biggest ratings getter on the late, great WB network.

I love this show.sorry to hear it will stop .At my country plays every Saturday but we are 1-2 sessions behind.I'm not so sure at what season we are exactly but I'll search it at net to see how much more we have to watch. It's a nice family show that you can easily watch with your children.I hope they change mind and continue with a new season.

That's sad, what could the reason be? I've watched Seventh Heaven for years, when Matt and Mary were still teenagers, Lucy still almost a teenager, Simon still a child, and Ruthie still a baby, no twins yet. I'm going to miss Happy..

It was to be cancelel last season and was only coming back for one more. This last season I haven't liked it as well especially with the new characters they added. With their kids grown and gone it just hasn't been very good. It's always been a favorite show and will be able to watch the repeats, I like the beginning seasons the best.

Sad to here they are in thier final season but I kinda expected it after last season. Last season was suppose to be thier last. So when it returned for another season I thought it was probably going to be thier last. I will be surprised if they have another shocking return.

I love 7th heaven but once they switched from Monday to Sunday they screwed up. Now there isn't any good shows on Monday. If they want people to stop watching shows put them on Sunday. I will miss the show.

I have watched "7th Heaven" I know, however, the cast has grown up.. Once they grow up..the attractiveness, perhaps, disappears.:)+

I think it is about time. They should not have brought it back after they said it was leaving last year. I would have much rather they saved Everwood instead. I am not sure it is very family friendly anymore. I had watched it since the beginning & actually lost interest this season.

That is sad to hear, 7th Heaven is one of the few truly family friendly shows on television. I often watch the reruns just for lack of anything better to watch - I do the same with The Waltons and Little House on the Prairie. I would rather watch the same shows over and over than to watch the junk they have on otherwise.

Wow thats crazy to hear. I remember when they were cancel last year though and for some reason they decided to bring them back again with less of the cast this time. So I had a feeling this one might be the last time around once again. Its sad to hear but I was kind of expecting it so oh well. All the great shows are coming to end. I must go find some new ones.

Its sad to see this show go.This was an excellant show for families to be able to watch an not worry about violence. I am not shocked though the show has been on for a long time and has been losing ratings.

I guess it just ran its course and it is time for something new. I know it is hard for die hard fans but when a show loses ratings it is no longer profitable for the producers and down the drain it goes.

I can't believe it! I love that show- I've watched it since the beginning and watched the kids grow up and get their own lives. I thought the writing and the acting was so well done and the cast seemed so like a real family. What concerns me even more is that the "family Values" that it offered will now be replaced with some silly, ill mannered or worse program like "DUH Simpsons or something as poorly written as that. THe family hour is so important, We all grew up watching "Happy Day's, The Brady Bunch, The Partridge Family, and programs that as a family you could draw from and be together and enjoy with. It's a big loss for family TV to lose this program.

Wow...I honestly thought last season was the last and wasn't aware that it was still on. I used to watch 7th Heaven all the time and from the beginning. It was a great show. I do wish there were more shows like that on.
