prakad2011 first check your weight and calculate body mass index.then decide how much weight you can reduce.for a diet take advice from a doctor and follow the instruction.to lose weight do some excercise under a doctor guidance.

prakad2011 hi the promblem is with ur owener not for u .if u know how to handle money you can share with your owener.if u lose the job ,don't get nurves.definately you will get the new one.
