@pravanki I usually can only go around 12 hrs at the most but rare for a full day. It is very effective for me Asiri. Personally, I lose around 2 lbs of body waste.

You should do both. Gaining muscle is different from gaining fat and is better for you. Lifting weights actually help you burn more calories and help you lose weight. You do gain muscle but it takes time to gain it and to lose weight. Interval/HIIT workouts...
