Oshy @pravanki I usually can only go around 12 hrs at the most but rare for a full day. It is very effective for me Asiri. Personally, I lose around 2 lbs of body waste.

Silvermist @pravanki Good point.Here in temples and Mosques,the loudspeaker is so loud that patients in nearby hospital are stressed.There are laws permitting stereos but not so loud speakers.

Mass_Sonu @pravanki great troubles at implementation, but they will be over pretty soon. More awareness on the concept is needed through out the country, but I'm sure it's a welcome step!

marguicha @pravanki A doctor could help you if you want to lose weight fast. I have 2 friends who are overweighed. Both start different things (diets and exercise) but they are too harsh and they give up soon.
