Help ! My hair are splitting and damaged.

I have very curly hair and since the last two turns I tried straightening them. Now I find that they are split and damaged. I did use the best so that is no excuse. Can someone please advise me as to how I can make my hair smooth...

AeroChickie Wow! That's impressive. What type of straightening spray do you use? I've tried a few products (some sprays, some creams) and I haven't quite found one that I really like yet.

neenasatine what's the difference of red skin potatoes to white skin? we have red potatoes here but we call it sweet potatoes since they are sweet. i'm not sure if the red skinned potatoes we both talking about are the same...

princess07031980 If you are not cooking in a nonstick saucepan, make sure to roll potatoes around the pan a few times to make sure they don't stick. Even with the water, the skins can burn at the bottom if they are stuck in one spot the whole cooking time.
