ptrc2gut no I have to admit I have to eat something for breakfest or I would feel really weak if I skip it. Breakfest is really important cause it gets you energy to go throughout the day

ptrc2gut Well it depends cause during the week we just grad a pop-tart or just something small to hold us till lunch then on Saturday we fix breakfest such as eggs and gravy and stuff like that

ptrc2gut I like to eat ceral and pop-tarts something like that during the week. Then on Saturday when all the family is together we fix breakfest like eggs and biscuits and stuff like that

ptrc2gut I love to drink milk but my body dosen't cause I have IBS and it totaly tries to refuse it. I get so sick when I drink it or eat somthing that has it in it. It is hard not drink it cause it is in everything!!!

Today I am 100 days quit free and I am ever so proud of myself. I'll tell you it was har din the beginning but now I rarely think about it. If anyone would like to talk about it or as k anyquestions then go for it.

In my country there are not much anti smoking campaign. People's awareness that smoking endangers not just the active smoker but also passive smoker is so rare. Not much people respect the non-smoker rights not to inhale the smoke...

ptrc2gut I would so love it if they didn't allow smoking to be in public places. It chokes me up when I get around it and I can't stand to smell smoke when I am eating. I think that they should ban it as well
