iPod screen frozen, help?

i have a 30GB iPod. The screen is currently lit up and frozen on the first menu - listing Music, Photos, Videos... I tried plugging the iPod into my computer but the computer and iPod were not responsive - the iPod icon did not...

ptrdimitar I use "thanks" everyday. It is a way to tell somebody that I appreciate what they do for me. For me it is a "must to say" word and when I say thanks I really mean it.

ptrdimitar It isn't so hard to say that word but to be honest when you said "I'm sorry" is harder. There is a lot of people which said "sorry" but they didn't mean it really.
