PURNA RAY Planting 2 or more seedlings after a baby's birth is a nice idea. The child can also have a bonding with the grown-up seedlings/ trees when he/ she grows up and fulfill the duty of planting more trees. The chain will contain with far lasting effects.

PURNA RAY We can try reading a book or magazine in bed. As the eyes become tired, it would induce sleep. This is one way to get the sleep back.

PURNA RAY Under is better as it is easy to tear it for use. Over always roll down more than is required and excess use/spoil of paper or has to be rolled back again as extra paper hangs down
